For 30+ years, HFTP has produced its biennial Compensation and Benefits Survey Report, whichprovides a comprehensive picture of industry salary and benefits statistics for hospitality accounting, finance and technology professionals. The report helps hospitality managers determine pay scales, benefits and rewards for their employees and themselves. This survey has returned in 2024, and HFTP requests your participation to ensure we produce the most valuable report for our members and industry stakeholders.

We rely on feedback from hospitality professionals like you to develop the most accurate statistics on current salary, deferred compensation, bonuses, performance evaluables and more. It is imperative to collect a broad, comprehensive sample of data to properly reflect the industry. Consider making an important contribution to your HFTP network by participating in the survey, and look for the results in the final report later this year.

Who should participate?

Yes: Hospitality managers, finance and technology professionals who work for a hotel/resort, club, management company, or other hospitality business such as a casino or restaurant
Yes: Consultants
Yes: Industry suppliers/vendors
No: Professionals who work outside of guest-facing hospitality business including educational institutions, CPA firms, law firms

Participants who complete the survey by the deadline may enter themselves for a chance to win a free HFTP annual membership. HFTP members can access the final report for free. HFTP non-members who complete the survey by deadline will also receive complimentary access to the final 2024 Compensation and Benefits Survey Report when it is published this year.
